Protecting
the security and privacy of your personal information is important to Raptor
Trading. We conduct our business in compliance with applicable laws on data
privacy protection and data security. We hope the policy outlined below will
help you understand how we collect, use and disclose the personal information
that you provide to us

continuing to deal with Raptor Trading after receipt of this Privacy Policy you
will be deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions it contains. In
particular, by submitting your personal data to us, you will be deemed to have
given your permission for the use and disclosures we refer to.
Personal
information is information that can be used to identify or contact you
individually, and other information required to provide the services and/or
products you have requested. Typically, this includes your name, e-mail
address, mailing address, telephone number and credit card number.
Raptor Trading’s Privacy Principles
Raptor
Trading’s Privacy Principles reflect the principles established in Canada’s
Personal Information Protection and Electronic Document’s Act (“PIPEDA”):
Accountability
Raptor is
responsible for maintaining and protecting personal information about you in
our care and control. We have designated a Privacy Officer who is accountable
for compliance and PIPEDA.
We
sometimes use outside companies (“third parties”) to help us provide the
service and/or product you require. Raptor Trading requires these third parties
to comply with Canadian privacy legislation and Raptor Trading’s Privacy
Principles. Certain third parties may be located in the United States and may
also be subject to United States legislation.
Identifying purposes
You have a
right to know how your information will be used. We will explain why we need
your information before or when we collect it, if the purpose is not already
clear. We will assume that the purpose is clearly identified when we use your

Aggregate
data is general information about groups of customers, and does not identify
individual customers. Raptor Trading may combine your information with that of
other individuals to create aggregated data which we will use to improve our
services and/or products and develop new ones. For example, we may tell a third
party how many people purchased a certain service or product, but not that you
personally purchased a specific item.

Trading will not disclose your personal information to any third parties
without your consent, except under the following circumstances:

Trading will only collect, use and disclose your personal information with your
knowledge and consent, except where permitted or so required by law. Raptor
Trading will not rent, sell, or otherwise distribute your personal information
without your permission. Your consent to use your personal information will be
implied by the following purposes:
You control
any future secondary use of your personal information (such as sharing it with
marketers). You can prevent future secondary use of your information by “opting
out” when Raptor Trading collects your information or at any time by contacting
us. Opting out only applies to the secondary purposes because we may need to
contact you regarding the service or product we supply you with or alert you of
important service or product revisions or updates.
Limiting
Collection
Raptor Trading will only collect personal information for the
purposes we have identified or for the primary uses we have described above. We
will always do this fairly and legally. There are several ways we will collect

ask for information that is not necessary for us to provide the services or
products you have
requested, we will mark those questions appropriately as “optional”.
Cookies
Raptor Trading,
in common with many organizations who have a website, may use standard
technology called “cookies” on its websites. Cookies are small data files that
are downloaded onto your computer when you visit a particular website. You can
disable cookies by turning them off in your browser; however, some areas of the
websites may not function properly if you do so.
Protection of children
Raptor
Trading considers the protection of children’s privacy to be of the utmost
importance. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from
children, nor do we allow them to become registered users of, or to request
information through any medium.
Communities
Some of our
websites may enable you to participate in communities such as discussion
boards, chat rooms and live events. We encourage you to use discretion when
posting personal information in these communities and to be aware that when you
post information such as your name, email address etc., it may be collected and
used by others to send you unsolicited communications. Raptor Trading cannot
control, and is not responsible for, the communications you may receive when
you participate in such communities.
Limiting use, Disclosure, and
Retention
Raptor Trading will not use or disclose your
personal information other than for the purposes for which it was collected,
unless you otherwise consent or as permitted or required by law. When providing
information in response to a legal inquiry or order, we will verify its
validity and only disclose information that is legally required.
Raptor
Trading is a multi-national company and, as such, some personal information may
be shared within Raptor Trading and stored in countries outside of Canada.
Currently some personal information may be stored or processed in the United
States and, therefore, may be subject to US legislation.
Raptor
Trading will keep personal information only as long as necessary for the
identified purposes or as required by law. Raptor Trading will follow
internally set guidelines and use care in the disposal, destruction or other
de-identification of personal information to prevent unauthorized parties from
gaining access to personal information.
Accuracy
Raptor
Trading will keep your personal information as accurate, complete and
up-to-date as necessary for the identified purposes for which it was collected.

changes to this Privacy Policy and the way in which we use your personal data a
notice will be posted or emailed to you along with the updated Privacy Policy.

such information, Raptor Trading will inform you of the existence, use and
disclosure of your personal information and give you access to that
information. You have the right to challenge the accuracy and completeness of
